PartyGuy
Terms of Use
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Shubham Bhatt (an individual based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India) for using PartyGuy. By using the service you agree to them.
Who can use PartyGuy
Anyone with an invite link can view the invite. To create an account, make invites or answer one, you must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
Hosts own the posters, text and other content they put in an invite. You promise you have the right to use it (for example, you made the poster or have permission). You give PartyGuy a free, non-exclusive licence to store, process and show that content to the people you share the invite with, and to run the service, for as long as the invite exists. The licence ends when you delete the invite, apart from short-lived backups.
Guests' names, photos and answers are visible to the host of the invite they answer, as set out in the Privacy Policy. Hosts must use that information only to run their event.
Acceptable use
Do not use PartyGuy to:
- run scams, phishing or fake events, or send spam;
- pretend to be another person or organisation;
- post anything illegal, hateful, sexual or violent, or that exploits or endangers anyone;
- harass, threaten or stalk people, or share their information without consent;
- use bots, scripts or other automated means to create invites, send answers or scrape the service, or get around limits;
- try to break, probe or overload the service, or reach data that is not yours.
Reports, removal and suspension
Anyone can report an invite with the “Report this invite” link on it. We may remove or hide invites and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, with or without notice where we think it is needed to protect people. If you think we got it wrong, write to the Grievance Officer.
The service is free and provided as is
PartyGuy is free. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will always work, be error-free or fit a particular purpose. Features can change, pause or end. Please keep your own copy of anything important, such as your guest list. We are not a party to your event and are not responsible for what happens at it or between hosts and guests.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Shubham Bhatt is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data, and our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us, which for a free service is nil. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using PartyGuy at any time. To close your account and delete your data, email hello@partyguy.in. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as content licence limits, liability and governing law) continue after that.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version, and using the service after a change means you accept it.
